Delivery

Led Project Management and PMO operations for offshore/subsea EPC projects in the Middle East and Türkiye, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across planning, procurement, and execution for high-value EPCI and vessel-based campaigns (pipeline installation, subsea structures, mobilizations, marine logistics).
